Please make sure that you know the correct service to request as Fingerprint transmission has a Non-Refundable Service Fee through the FBI.

If your fingerprints are rejected by the FBI for quality then please make sure that you obtain an "E-Number or TCN number", That number allows you to have one free resubmission.

Refunds will only be given for technician errors that are shown through communication with the FBI. Refunds can not be given on the FBI Service Fee.
